Can I currently apply?

We want to continue growing and recently moved to larger premises as planned to have enough space for all our colleagues. Right now we are a valuable partner for our customers and can help them to implement the digital workplace. We currently work mostly from our home office, but after consultation and in compliance with distance and hygiene rules, working from our office in Cologne is possible.
Are job interviews taking place?
At the moment job interviews and trial days are currently taking place. The safety and health of our colleagues and applicants is a top priority. That is why these conversations are carried out remotely. Since we still want to look each other in the eye during the conversation, we conduct the conversations by video phone call and are pleased that we can continue to get to know you and give you an impression of the EBF.
How does onboarding work?
The safety and health of our colleagues are also top priorities when it comes to onboarding. The hardware is handed over in the office on the first day – in compliance with all corona measures.
Further onboarding can currently take place locally or remotely. All new colleagues are assigned a buddy who is responsible for the training in the first weeks. The team lead is also a contact person for new colleagues. Remote onboarding starts with all-day calls with the team lead or buddy, with new colleagues receiving extensive input. In addition, all team members are currently exchanging information in weekly team calls. This way you can also get to know your team. There is also enough time both in the office and in the home office to deal with new topics.
