To achieve this, information such as mobile contracts, phone numbers, IMEI, and EID is linked from multiple systems (e.g. the UEM system and the DEP portal) and made available centrally in the eSIM Business Manager.

With the eSIM Business Manager, many manual steps involved in rolling out new devices, replacing devices, or switching from a physical SIM card to an eSIM are eliminated.
Admins can assign a phone number and an eSIM to new devices with just a few clicks and activate them immediately.
Admins can quickly and easily convert physical SIM cards into eSIMs. Migration from one eSIM to another and deactivation of an existing eSIM are also supported.
Relevant details of all active mobile contracts are clearly displayed in a list. Information from various systems—such as the UEM system and the DEP portal—is intelligently linked.

THE PROCESS
Simple eSIM activation
1. Register device
A new device is registered in the UEM system by admins or by the users themselves.
2. Assign eSIM
Admins select the previously registered device in the eSIM Business Manager portal, assign an eSIM, and activate it.
3. Activate eSIM
Users receive a notification about the available eSIM and can fully activate it with just a few clicks and start using the mobile plan immediately.
