Our Managed Service for UEM offering
We offer Managed Services for UEM for all common UEM systems and all operating systems. These include Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Ivanti, BlackBerry, Relution and Workspace ONE UEM. We work together to define which issues relating to your UEM system we should take on for you.

Initial workshop
In an initial workshop, we assess the status quo of your UEM system and identify optimization potential and best practices. On this basis, we define the exact services.
User device management
There are changes to users or devices almost every day. We take care of the administration of users, groups and licenses as well as the design of device enrollment.
Configuration Management
We take care of creating, changing or deleting groups, policies and rights. There is also something to do here regularly.
App Management
We take care of the publication, provision and management of applications via the Enterprise App Store – regardless of whether they are public or in-house apps.
Monitoring
We monitor reports, provide information on relevant news and use this information to derive recommendations for action.
Proactive development

- Management of "Conditional Access" settings for context-based access control
- Management of "Microsoft Azure Attestation" for remote verification of the trustworthiness of a platform and the integrity of the binary files executed in it
- Management of "Cloud App Security" to collect security messages, access and usage reports for apps, cloud products and Azure
- Management of "Azure Information Protection" to secure documents, emails, etc. that a user can classify
