The beginning

When we founded EBF Inc. in 2016, our mission was straightforward: help organizations embrace the cloud with confidence.

At the time, businesses everywhere were beginning the shift away from traditional on-premises management. Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, cloud identity, and modern management were changing the way IT operated. Many organizations understood where the industry was heading, but getting there was another story. Cause migration is never just about technology. It’s about people, processes, security, and ensuring that business never stops while transformation happens. That’s where we came in.

From the very beginning, we were able to draw on the experience and expertise of EBF, our parent organization, which has been supporting companies in the successful delivery of complex Modern Workplace projects for the past 32 years.

Helping organizations to transform

Over the past decade, the EBF Inc. team had the privilege of helping organizations around the world modernize their endpoint environments. We’ve supported customers across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, education, public sector, and many other industries. Together, we’ve helped migrate millions of devices to modern management platforms while reducing risk, minimizing disruption, and improving the experience for both IT administrators and end users.

Migration was only the beginning

As customers modernized their environments, their needs continued to evolve. That’s why we continuously expanded our portfolio, helping organizations successfully manage and optimize their Unified Endpoint Management environments through consulting and Managed Services. At the same time, our own products and carefully selected third-party software solutions enhance many other aspects of the modern workplace, delivering greater usability, efficiency, and security.

Whether supporting Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Jamf, Ivanti, Google, or other enterprise platforms, our goal remained the same: Help customers build secure, manageable, and productive digital workplaces. Our customers benefit not only from the expertise of our U.S. team, but also from the combined know-how of the entire EBF Group and our close cross-border collaboration.

Today, the workplace is entering another transformation

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing how employees work, collaborate, make decisions, and interact with technology. AI has the potential to fundamentally reshape productivity even more than cloud computing did a decade ago.

But successful AI adoption doesn’t begin with an AI license or tool. It begins with a strong foundation:
