Initial workshop
In an initial workshop, we determine your requirements and highlight best practices – e.g. for planning migration phases or sending emails via your SMTP server. On this basis, we determine the exact scope of services.
Configuration
We make the necessary preparations in your source and target systems, configure the SMTP server and set up the EBF Onboarder tenant for you so that all your requirements are taken into account.
Setting up the migration project
Setting up the migration project We create all the projects associated with the migration project for you – from the pilot project to the individual projects, e.g. for different device types or national companies.
Communication
We prepare all communication with your users. From an info email to the call for migration and reminder emails to the success message, your users will be well informed.
Start of the Migration
We initiate the migration of the individual projects and adhere exactly to your schedule.
Monitoring
We track the migration progress for you and pass on the status to you. This keeps you well informed – including any possible anomalies.
